Request a refund or reship if:

• Items late (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing)
• Wrong item
• Unwanted item (return at your cost, unused)

No refund if:

• Your mistake (wrong address)
• Out of our control (customs, disasters)
• Unforeseen situations

If approved, refund processed in 14 days.

How much does shipping cost?

When will my goodies arrive?

We use EMS and USPS for shipping, which usually takes 5-20 working days after it's sent. Sometimes, things outside our control might stretch this a bit.

Can I track my order?
